ABOUT RYAN
Trainer, Founder
Ryan dedicated nearly a decade to the corporate gym environment, rising to the position of Fitness Director. However, he became fed up with the industry's focus on profit over people and the challenges of working for a large corporation.

Ryan yearned for more space, freedom and the ability to connect with his clients without feeling like he was in a nightclub.
​
Driven by the desire to offer a more personalised and authentic training experience, Ryan left the corporate world to establish his own business. Now he has the freedom to train clients in the way he believes is most effective.

Our journey began in 2012 when our founder, Ryan, inspired by his own transformative weight loss nearly a decade earlier, set out to share his knowledge of fitness and health. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.

At Inspire Strength & Wellness, we are committed to providing the best fitness experience for our members. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where people can come together to work out, build friendships, and feel empowered. We believe that with encouragement and consistency, everyone has the potential to take control of their health and fitness.

For us, fitness is a lifestyle—not a chore. Through our comprehensive programs, we’ve helped countless individuals shift their mindset, embrace the journey, and enjoy a healthier, happier life.


ABOUT THE SPACE
"The Gym"
We operate out of the Gateway Church building in Albert Park, though we are an independent entity and not affiliated with the church. Our spacious, open-plan layout fosters a strong sense of community while providing ample room for movement, training, and activities.
We offer a safe and private experience for individuals who may not feel comfortable in a traditional gym environment. However, our group classes also cultivate a strong sense of community.
Whether working out solo or participating in group sessions, you'll have the space and support to push yourself toward your goals.
