RYAN EDWARDS

Personal Trainer, Founder
DSC00144(profile).jpg

Ryan dedicated nearly a decade to the corporate gym environment, rising to the position of Fitness Director.  However, he became fed up with the industry's focus on profit over people and the challenges of working for a large corporation.

Ryan yearned for more space, freedom and the ability to connect with his clients without feeling like he was in a nightclub.

Driven by the desire to offer a more personalised and authentic training experience, Ryan left the corporate world to establish his own business. Now he has the freedom to train clients in the way he believes is most effective.

This also allowed him to embrace his preferred training techniques, such as barefoot training.

Ryan is a certified disability support provider through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), as well as a certified 'Pre- and Postnatal Coach' through the ‘Girls Gone Strong’ Coaching and Training Women Academy.

Ryan is also a Gymbaroo teacher's assistant, where parents and young children are guided through fun, supportive activities designed to help their developing bodies and brains.

Outside of the gym, family is a central part of his life and he cherishes time spent at home with his wife and three young children. He also loves to travel with his family, exploring new places and creating lasting memories.

Ryan is an avid sports fan and loves to relax by watching football and cricket, basically, anything competitive will have his attention!
